In response to recent developments in the insurance industry, I’ve reassessed how I engage with my clients to continue delivering the high level of service you expect.
Historically, my practice has operated on a commission-only basis, where compensation was solely derived from the implementation of financial products. However, this approach does not fully reflect the ongoing support and expertise provided, especially for the long-standing clients who continue to rely on my services long after their financial needs have been met.
After careful consideration, I have decided to transition to a Fee-Based model for Ongoing Administrative Services. This change ensures a fair exchange of value for the work I provide, allowing me to maintain and enhance the quality of service you deserve.
As part of this transition, I am introducing a transparent fee structure for specific tasks, such as investigating and providing portfolio summaries, handling general administrative queries, and processing changes like address or banking details. This approach ensures that the time and expertise dedicated to managing your financial needs are fairly compensated while providing you with peace of mind and value in the services I deliver.

I’m committed to providing you with the same level of professional financial planning, holistic care, and expert advice that you’ve come to rely on. I remain available to address any questions, concerns, or implementation needs to ensure your financial well-being. However, please note that the administrative servicing component of my business will be transitioning to a fee-based approach.

I recognise that every client’s needs and preferences are unique, so you have the flexibility to choose how you wish to engage with my administrative service offerings:

By selecting this option, you’ll benefit from my established relationships with product providers, which can make managing administrative tasks much more efficient. I handle the details on your behalf, saving you time and sparing you the hassle of dealing with servicing issues yourself. Specific services will be priced based on their nature and complexity (see the fee menu below). - Self-Managed Option
If you prefer to handle the administrative servicing on your own and avoid the associated fees, you are welcome to contact the relevant product providers directly for assistance.
To help you make informed decisions, I am pleased to provide a menu of fees for administrative services. These fees are designed to be fair and transparent, reflecting the value of the service & expertise provided. You will be invoiced accordingly based on the specific services you choose.
